I was literally ROTFLMAO @ this song! Its funny & mad catchy too! That record's very simply called 'B!#ch Is Crazy' and it's from Drake's 2007 mixtape, 'Comeback Season'. Well needless to say, I went & peeped the mixtape, it was a hell of ALOT! I remember listening to his cover of Goapele's 2001 debut single, 'Closer', off of the mixtape & thinking 'Wow! dude murked it!'... Now the original is one of my favorite all-time records, it's just sooooo good but let's listen to Drake's version, it features 'the first lady of the ATF' Andreena Mill... ATF = All Things Fresh btw (Drake's collective of very talented friends)

Now the record that put Heartbreak Drake firmly in the mainstream's eyes was 'Best I Ever Had' off of his 'So Far Gone' mixtape that dropped back in February. Currently Number 6 on Billboard's HOT R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart, the tune is produced by Boi 1Nda (he also produced 'Replacement Girl' & 'Dont You Have A Man' from Comeback Season) & the ladies oh sooo love it (dont lie y'all know you love it)! NOW I haven't seen a mixtape single blow up this big since 4 ever! I dunno if you have, lemme know though plus I dunno if you are but I'm very impressed wiv the singing!Anyway we've got some records 2 feature off of the mixtape... Shall we?
Whatchu jus heard is one of my favorite Drake records on the mixtape... one of his best period! IMO! Its called 'Houstatlantavegas' & all I can say is 'Put your ONEs up in the air... Put your ONEs up in the air for her', production on here is courtesy Noah "40" Shebib and it's so flippin G.O.O.D, its so GOOD it hurts almost!

you were in doubt about his lyrical prowess & the R.E.A.L.N.E.S.S, that there is 'Say Whats Real' produced by Kanye West & my man comes HARD! He comes way hard & that's all I am saying about that... Oh yeah before we proceed further, I wanna address all the Kanye West comparisons! I really do NOT see it & for all the haters (HI HATERS) saying 'So Far Gone' imitates '808s & Heartbreak', it would do you good to know that Drake's been singing since before 808 and Drake's an R&B dude with real R&B music (& GOOD too), Kanye just sings (no offense to Kanye though)& talkin bout R&B music, check this out... Heartbreak Drake!
This record is called 'Sooner Than Later', its produced by D10 & its addictive as f**k! I've been singing it in my head all month, its ridiculous! 'You dont need noone else...'
'So Far Gone' also features a really dope supporting act, Bun B (& Lil Wayne who jumps on a few records still) on a track called 'Uptown', Cheryl put me unto that track & its HARD... Omarion's on the mixtape somewhere, so is Lloyd, so is Peter Bjorn & so is Santo Gold on UK's BBC 1Xtra favorite 'Unstoppable'... Do what it do & download the whole mixtape HERE!!!
All in all, what I'm tryna say is you need 2 know about this right here & if you already do (as with most of you) then you need to recognise the greatness that you see before you!!! Drake is the business... He's the TRUTH! The debut album 'Thank Me Later' is scheduled for a Autumn/Winter 2009 release date so look out for that
